We're not building just some wildlife park, we're building a lasting legacy for the Antelope Valley!
Welcome to the future home of the Antelope Valley Wildlife & Conservation Center (AVWCC).
A community-driven vision dedicated to conservation, education, research, and creating meaningful experiences that inspire future generations.
Our goal is to build more than just another zoo. We envision a destination where families can explore wildlife, students can participate in hands-on learning, researchers can advance conservation efforts, and visitors can develop a deeper appreciation for the natural beauty and biodiversity of the Antelope Valley.
This vision includes wildlife conservation exhibits, botanical gardens, a native aquatic conservation center, heritage farm experiences, educational programming, the McPherson Research Center, and community gathering spaces, all thoughtfully designed to educate, inspire, and connect people with nature.
But we cannot accomplish this vision alone. The Antelope Valley Wildlife & Conservation Center is built on the belief that the greatest community projects are created through collaboration. Whether you're an individual, family, business, nonprofit organization, educator, volunteer, sponsor, or public agency, your support has the power to help turn this vision into reality.
By partnering with us, volunteering your time, sponsoring an exhibit, making a donation, or simply sharing our mission, you become part of something much larger than a conservation center. Your involvement helps create educational opportunities for children, protect wildlife, strengthen our local economy, expand tourism, and build a lasting legacy that future generations can enjoy for years to come.
Every contribution, large or small, moves this project one step closer to becoming a destination that our entire community can be proud of.
We invite you to join our mission and help shape the future of conservation in the Antelope Valley.
Together, we're building more than a wildlife park, we're building a legacy.
