We received entries from all across the United States for our very first FREE Community Giveaway, and we couldn’t be more excited about the response! It’s incredible to see how far AVWCC is already reaching and to know that our work is connecting with followers, readers, supporters, families, and communities across the country.

In an effort to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our winners, winners will be publicly identified only by their first name, last initial, city and state, and the prize they have won. Winners will be contacted via email and/or telephone to confirm their information and provide details regarding how their prizes will be claimed.

Digital prizes will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Physical prizes will be mailed to the mailing address provided on the entry form. AVWCC will confirm the necessary information with each winner before any physical prize is shipped.

Congratulations on becoming one of AVWCC's Wild Winners! Below you'll find answers to common questions about winner notifications, prize verification, delivery, and participation requirements.

🏆 How will I know if I won?

AVWCC will publicly announce winners through the Wild Winners Circle and/or other official AVWCC communication channels.

For the protection and privacy of participants, AVWCC will publicly disclose only a winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and prize won. Full names, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal registration information will not be publicly disclosed as part of the winner announcement.

📧 When should I expect to receive my winner notification?

Winners should anticipate receiving an official notification at the email address provided on their giveaway registration form within 48 hours of the winner announcement.

Please remember to check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotional folders.

If you have not received your notification within 48 hours of the announcement, please contact AVWCC at info@avwildlife.com for assistance.

📬 Where will my prize be sent?

Prizes can only be delivered using the contact or delivery information provided on the winner's original registration form.

Digital prizes will generally be delivered to the email address associated with the winning entry. Physical prizes will be mailed or shipped to the mailing address provided during registration.

✏️ Can I change my email address or mailing address after winning?

Generally, no. Email addresses, mailing addresses, and other prize-delivery information cannot be changed or altered after a winner has been selected unless specifically approved by AVWCC management.

This policy helps AVWCC protect winners and prevent unauthorized individuals from attempting to redirect prizes.

If an exception is requested because of a legitimate circumstance, AVWCC may require additional winner verification, including proof of identification and/or other information reasonably necessary to verify that the person requesting the change is the actual winner.

Approval of any change is at AVWCC's discretion.

🔐 Why might AVWCC ask me to verify my identity?

Winner verification may be necessary to protect both the winner and AVWCC from fraud, impersonation, duplicate claims, unauthorized address changes, or other irregularities.

Depending on the circumstances, AVWCC may request reasonable documentation confirming a winner's identity or eligibility before releasing or redirecting a prize.

🎁 Can I exchange my prize for cash or another prize?

Unless AVWCC expressly states otherwise, prizes have no cash-redemption value through AVWCC and may not be exchanged by a winner for cash, credit, another prize, or another form of compensation.

Winners receive the prize associated with their winning entry.

❌ What happens if I don't want my prize?

A winner is not required to accept a prize. However, declining a prize does not entitle the winner to its cash value, a substitute prize, store credit, or another form of compensation.

Where a participant refuses a prize after entering and being selected, particularly in circumstances involving repeated conduct, misuse of promotional programs, false information, manipulation, abusive behavior, or other violations of giveaway requirements, AVWCC reserves the right to impose a temporary or permanent restriction on participation in future AVWCC giveaways and promotional opportunities, depending on the circumstances and severity of the conduct.

⏳ How long will it take to receive my prize?

Delivery times vary depending on the type of prize.

Digital prizes may be distributed electronically after the winner has been notified and any required verification has been completed. Physical prizes require additional processing, packaging, and shipping time.

Winners should refer to their notification email for any prize-specific delivery information. Shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect registration information, or circumstances outside AVWCC's control may affect delivery times.

📦 Will I receive tracking information for a physical prize?

When tracking information is available, AVWCC may provide it to the winner after the prize has been shipped.

Availability of tracking may depend on the shipping method, carrier, and type of prize being delivered.

🏠 What if the mailing address I entered was incorrect?

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting their registration.

If you discover an error after being announced as a winner, contact info@avwildlife.com as soon as possible. Do not submit a different address through another person.

Any requested change may require management approval and additional identity verification. AVWCC cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after a prize has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

↩️ What happens if my prize is returned to AVWCC?

If a physical prize is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or otherwise invalid address supplied on the registration form, AVWCC may contact the winner to determine whether the prize can be reshipped.

Additional verification may be required, and AVWCC does not guarantee replacement or repeated shipment of prizes that cannot be delivered because of inaccurate participant-provided information.

👤 Can someone else claim my prize for me?

Unless specifically authorized by AVWCC, prizes should be claimed by the individual identified as the winner.

AVWCC may require additional verification before permitting another individual to receive or act on behalf of a winner.

🎟️ Can I transfer my winning status to another person?

Winning status itself is not transferable unless AVWCC expressly authorizes otherwise. A winner cannot simply designate another person as the official winner or direct AVWCC to replace the winner's registration information with someone else's information.

⚠️ Will AVWCC ever ask me to pay to receive my prize?

AVWCC does not require winners to have to make a payment to receive their prize. Though some of our events may have an initial registration fee that money is collected upfront prior to participation or prior to selecting a winner. Winners should be cautious of messages from individuals claiming to represent AVWCC and demanding unexpected payment or sensitive financial information in exchange for releasing a prize.

📋 What happens if a winner provided false or inaccurate information?

AVWCC reserves the right to verify winner information and eligibility. Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize, and/or restriction from future AVWCC promotional activities, consistent with the applicable giveaway rules.
