Dr. Aubray McPherson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Antelope Valley Wildlife & Conservation Center, bringing together her experience in public policy, business development, education, media, organizational leadership, and community engagement to guide the development and long-term vision of AVWCC.

Dr. McPherson holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, along with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. Her academic and professional background provides AVWCC with a strong foundation in policy research, organizational development, public administration, education, and strategic planning.

She is also the Founder and CEO of WEBJEDININJA, a business consulting company she established in 2014. Through WEBJEDININJA, Dr. McPherson has worked with businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations in areas including business development, digital marketing, website development, organizational support, training, financial services, and grant support.

Her work also extends into communications and media through The Net Media, a digital media outlet focused on highlighting businesses, community initiatives, economic opportunity, finance, public issues, and stories that connect local impact with broader conversations. This experience strengthens her ability to communicate complex ideas, build public awareness, and connect organizations and communities around shared goals.

As Founder of AVWCC, Dr. McPherson brings these areas of experience together to develop a Center where conservation, education, research, community development, workforce opportunities, and responsible economic growth intersect. Her role extends beyond creating the original vision; she leads the strategic development of the organization, builds partnerships, coordinates its leadership team, and works to move AVWCC from concept and planning into a sustainable institution for the Antelope Valley.

Through AVWCC, Dr. McPherson's goal is to create a lasting community resource that uses wildlife and conservation as a foundation to Conserve • Educate • Inspire • Connect for generations to come.
